I'm thrilled to have realized my dream of getting published by Love Inspired books! His Neighbor's Secret came out in the summer of 2024. My second book, The Farmer's Unexpected Christmas Gift, will be released in time for Christmas 2026. The third, working title In the Shadows, is well underway.

I earned bachelor degrees in Dramatic Arts/English and Vocal Performance, and a Master of Arts in Professional Writing. My pre-retirement career was Webmaster/Editor for the National Marine Fisheries in Woods Hole, Massachusetts. 

I've spent a good few decades performing and directing community theater, especially musicals. My favorite role was Julia in Gilbert & Sullivan's "The Grand Duke" (a diva who sings her head off -- possibly type casting) and my favorite show as director was "The Secret Garden."

Somehow I managed to do a LOT despite having contracted Lyme disease in 1983. I went undiagnosed for 15 years until -- lucky me! -- I was bitten by another tick in 1998 and got the bullseye rash. Sadly, it was far too late for the treatment to do much good. I feel very blessed that I was able to hold a job and do theater for so many years (and a few relapses).

Finally, it's such a joy to write about my faith using the voices of my characters. I'm a devout follower of Jesus and my greatest desire is to lead others to Him. I hope you enjoy reading my books as much as I enjoy writing them!
