I'm still fighting the Lyme monster, but I wanted to share this beautiful prayer from the Liturgy of the Hours night prayer. In case you're not familiar with the LotH, it consists of psalms, Gospel and other Bible passages said at certain hours throughout the day. Although it's now considered a Catholic practice, it originated a long time before Christ. I find it a wonderful way to get spiritual encouragement and connect with what matters most, which for me is my faith.
